2hr. condensed version of Roland Tec’s popular Advanced Monologue online workshop.

Limited to 12 full writing participants. Open to auditors.

Wednesday Gathering is open to artists of all disciplines and all members of our community who are curious to encounter the work of artists they may not yet know.

What’s it really take to bake a moist and satisfying monologue?

  1. A compelling character who needs something

  2. The very real possibility of change

  3. A beginning, middle and end

  4. A relationship between the speaker and another person (or group) that we come to understand.

  5. Finally, all theatre needs a little suspense. Make us curious.
